General Return Guidelines
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. We ask that customers retain their proof of purchase or order confirmation email to complete the return process.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds, restocking fees, or may be declined.

Unopened ink cartridges
Unopened ink bottles
Unopened printer paper or media
Other unused, undamaged items in original packaging
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of the item and packaging for faster processing.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Opened or used ink cartridges or toner
Items not in original packaging
Final Sale or Clearance items
Custom orders or special requests
Downloadable or digital content

Return Process: How to Get Started
Email us at info@inkjet-setup.com with:
Your name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
If approved, you will be given a return shipping address. You may use the shipping provider of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds: What to Expect
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. This process typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Items returned in non-sellable condition may result in partial refunds.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items free of charge. If you received a faulty item and need a replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll get a new item shipped to you as soon as possible.
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you may request an exchange, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any price differences.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven’t been processed or shipped yet. Once the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return.
